Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Typical transit times are:

We use reliable third-party carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and service selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Some products may be restricted from shipping due to their nature (e.g., perishable items).
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first to file a claim.

After that, reach out to us with your order number and claim status so we can assist in resolving the issue as best as possible.

Terra Cafe Company is not responsible for packages after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we will do our best to support you in any recovery effort.
8. Local Pickup (If Offered)
If you select local pickup at checkout:

9. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand to more regions in the future.
