2. Return Approval & Instructions
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6. Cancellations

7. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
